All services are provided through third-party suppliers. We act as an intermediary between the user and the service provider.

3. Registration and Account

• Registration on the website is required to use the services
• You agree to provide accurate information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• Each user may only have one account
• We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms

4. Payment and Balance

• Payment for services is made by topping up your internal account balance
• We accept payments via Stripe, FreeKassa, and cryptocurrency
• All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified
• Service prices may change without prior notice
• Balance top-ups are non-refundable — funds on the balance cannot be returned in monetary form

5. Orders and Fulfillment

• When placing an order, funds are deducted from your balance immediately
• Order processing times depend on the specific service and provider
• We do not guarantee 100% successful unlocking, as results depend on third-party providers
• You are responsible for providing the correct IMEI code and selecting the appropriate service
• Orders with incorrect IMEI or wrongly selected services are non-refundable

6. Refunds and Compensation

• If an order is not fulfilled (status "rejected" or "cancelled"), funds are automatically returned to your balance
• Refunds to the payment system are possible only in exceptional cases at the administration's discretion
• Successfully completed orders are non-refundable
• All disputes are resolved through customer support

7. Prohibited Activities

When using the Service, the following is prohibited:

• Using the Service for illegal purposes
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the system
• Using automated tools for mass access to the Service without using the API
• Creating multiple accounts
• Making fraudulent payments or using stolen payment information
• Reselling services without authorization from the administration
• Using the Service to unlock stolen devices

8. API Access

• API keys are provided to registered users
• You are responsible for the security of your API key
• We reserve the right to limit API access in case of abuse
• API usage is governed by the same terms as website usage

9. Limitation of Liability
